Kylie Jenner is facing a third lawsuit from a former employee this year, with a private chef alleging that grueling working conditions during her high-risk pregnancy led to a miscarriage. The complaint, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, claims the reality star and her management team ignored requests for reasonable accommodations .

The unnamed chef, who began working for Jenner in November 2024, informed her supervisors the following month that she was three months pregnant and required adjustments to protect her health. According to court documents, she was instead assigned excessive hours, physically demanding tasks, and high-pressure events .

The lawsuit details a December 2024 incident where the chef was instructed to transport heavy food items across the street and uphill without assistance. She reportedly became dizzy, began choking, and required help from security personnel. Later, she was allegedly reprimanded for upsetting Jenner with her behavior .

A second incident occurred on February 1, 2025, at a birthday party for Jenner's child in Palm Springs. The chef claims she worked without adequate support and was ignored when requesting help. The next morning, she experienced severe hemorrhaging and drove herself to the emergency room, where she learned she had lost her unborn child .

After her miscarriage, the chef suffered depression. She alleges a supervisor told her, "Stop it, just stop it. You are upsetting Kylie. You are making her depressed" .

The lawsuit names Jenner's management firm, Tri Star, as a co-defendant, alleging pregnancy discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and labor violations including unpaid wages. The chef claims she was misclassified as an independent contractor .

Attorney Della Shaker, who represents the plaintiff, stated: "Celebrity status does not exempt anyone from California's employment laws" . Jenner has not publicly responded to the allegations, which remain unproven .

This marks the third lawsuit filed against Jenner by former household employees in recent months. Two former housekeepers previously filed complaints alleging discrimination, harassment, and hostile work environments .
