Walton has officially launched its newest smartphone, the XANON X22 5G, expanding its popular XANON series with a feature-rich device designed to meet the growing demand for high-performance 5G smartphones in Bangladesh.

The newly launched handset is powered by a 6-nanometer MediaTek Dimensity 7100 5G processor, offering enhanced speed, efficiency, and overall performance. Running on the Android 16 operating system, the smartphone incorporates LPDDR5 memory technology and supports up to 16GB of rapid memory, helping users enjoy smooth multitasking, faster application performance, improved internet browsing, 3D gaming, and lag-free video streaming.

According to Walton Mobile Chief Business Officer Abu Zahid, the XANON X22 5G is available in two attractive color options—Obsidian Gray and Zenith Green. The smartphone is priced at 25,999 Bangladeshi Taka, excluding VAT.

The device features a 6.8-inch U-Notch IPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 630 nits of High Brightness Mode illumination. The display is designed to provide a smooth and immersive experience for watching videos, gaming, reading, and browsing the internet.

Photography is another major highlight of the new model. The smartphone is equipped with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX752 primary camera, accompanied by a 2-megapixel macro camera. On the front, users will find an 8-megapixel selfie camera with PDAF support. Additional camera features include Night Mode, Pro Video, Slow Motion, Macro Mode, and 2K Electronic Image Stabilization for improved video recording quality.

The XANON X22 5G comes with 128GB of internal storage, expandable up to 512GB through a microSD card. For security, the device includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

To ensure long-lasting performance, Walton has included a massive 6,000mAh battery supported by 18W Type-C fast charging technology. The smartphone also offers IP64 dust and water resistance, dual-microphone active noise cancellation, Smart Touch functionality, and several software features such as Netless Chat, Dynamic Window, App Clone, Anti-Theft Touch Mode, and Hidden Apps.

The smartphone is manufactured at Walton’s own production facility in Bangladesh. Customers purchasing the device will receive a special 30-day replacement guarantee along with one year of after-sales service.

The XANON X22 5G is now available at Walton Plaza outlets, NexG brand shops, distributor showrooms, mobile retail stores, and through Walton’s online sales platforms.
