Aamir Khan and Twinkle Khanna, no matter how much chemistry Bollywood stars have onscreen, their antics offscreen always make headlines. The pair worked together in the 2000 film 'Mela'. Although the film failed to take the box office by storm, some fond memories of the shooting sets are still fresh today.

One such explosive and funny incident came to light in 2015 at the launch of Twinkle's book 'Mrs Funnybones'. It is learned that Mr. Perfectionist was so annoyed with Twinkle's lack of attention in a scene during the shoot that he almost slapped Akshay-Gharani!

  In fact, Twinkle could not concentrate on a scene during the shooting. Her then boyfriend and current husband Akshay Kumar was on her mind. Aamir also had a big problem with director Dharmesh Darshan on the sets of the film.

The director did not listen to Aamir's suggestion to give a single shot. Impossibly serious about work, Amir was so devastated by this incident that he went behind a big rock and cried like a child! And Twinkle himself saw that cry.
