Former mayor and MLA Firhad Hakim and MLA Javed Khan were present. There were also Jui Biswas, Kaziri Banerjee. Apart from Ritabrata, some MLAs from the 'real' Trinamool were also present.

Court paper signature and videography According to sources, all those who were present at the meeting called by the new Trinamool at the hotel in Newton, had to sign a court paper.
