Reality television personality Tom Sandoval has taken legal action against his former girlfriend, model Victoria Lee Robinson, following a violent altercation that led to her arrest earlier this month. A video of the confrontation published by TMZ on the same day Sandoval filed the restraining order appears to show Sandoval pushing Robinson's father into a lit fire pit.

The restraining order request names both Robinson and her father, and a hearing has been scheduled for July 16 to address the matter.
