This year he said 'no' to his salary increase. Tata Sons chairman N Chandrasekaran has not agreed to increase his salary in the financial year 2025-26. Tata Sons board meeting and nomination and remuneration committee meeting were held last week.

It was there that N Chandrasekaran announced that he was canceling his salary hike this year. Don't take any extra money. Tata Sons saw 24 percent revenue growth in FY25.

A total revenue of Rs 5.92 lakh crore was collected. However, the total profit or net profit of the company fell by 17 percent. The profit of the company was 28 thousand 898 crores.

How much salary N Chandrasekaran? The total remuneration or salary of N Chandrasekaran in the financial year 2025 was Tk 155.8 crore. He is the highest paid executive in the country.

Out of this 15.1 crores is salary and other benefits. The remaining Tk 140.7 crore was received as commission based on the company's profit.  His salary in FY 2024 was Tk 135.32 crore. In other words, his salary was increased by 15 percent in one year.
