According to TV9 Bangla, Prince described a dark phase in his life when his mental health issues nearly led to a separation, but after the birth of their daughter, they have embarked on a new and beautiful chapter as parents.
Speaking on Neha Dhupia's show 'Double Date,' Prince detailed how anxiety took a severe toll on his body and mind. "There was a time when I had to take 18 pills a day," he said. He experienced constant heart palpitations, unexplained fears at night, abnormal weight gain, and numerous physical problems. "That was one of the toughest periods of my life," he admitted.
Prince also shared how music became his refuge during these harrowing times. "When I was struggling every moment, singing brought peace to my mind," he revealed, crediting music for helping him cope.
He gave full credit to his wife Yuvika for being his rock during these challenging moments. "When things were really complicated, she held my hand tightly. Without her support, I might not have been able to endure it," he acknowledged.
The couple also spoke openly about the strain their mental health placed on their relationship. Both admitted they were mentally exhausted and at one point even considered separation. Prince said, "Yuvika was not wrong, and I was not wrong either. Neither of us was in the right mental state back then."
